FIVE PAGE WEB
SERVICES
THE EXTRAS
WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH A FIVE PAGE WEB SITE?
Your Five Page WEb fees include: initial consultation, formal consultation, material gathering, content building and organization, first-draft layout, mobile/tablet/desktop-friendly design, in-house website hosting (first year), indexing with Google and Bing sitemaps, meta-tag and keyword research and implementation, business listings with Google and Bing, options for Google Analytics/Search Console, Bing Webmaster Listing, Microsoft Clarity. That pretty much covers it. We will discuss any – or all – of the options that are important for the success of your website and make decisions accordingly.
WHAT ABOUT GRAPHICS AND IMAGES?
In an ideal world, you would have all graphics, photographs and content ready before we even begin.
In the real world, however, we generally end up creating what we need as we move forward.
We only use supplied, original or copyright-free images and photographs when building a website. The worst thing to do is gather images "from the web" and claim them as your own. It is illegal and can be embarrassing.
I have a wealth of copyright-free options and personally create graphics, logos and digital images on a regular basis.
ONCE THE WEBSITE IS COMPLETED – CAN CHANGES BE MADE TO IT?
The simple answer is, "Yes, changes can be made. In fact, changes and updates are expected."
However, do keep in mind that once your website has been completed, I generally charge a nominal fee to make changes or updates to the website thereafter. If you would be interested in establishing an Ongoing Maintenance Agreement, please contact me directly and we can review the options. Prices vary depending on the needs of your website, business or organization.
There is also an option of purchasing a CMS license which would allow you to make changes on your own and take full control over your website. This does require the purchase of a native desktop app. It is competively priced around $130/year. This can be very cost-effective as it would replace the regular Launch fee and does provide both the CMS and hosting. This option is extremely competitive to most other CMS-DIY offers you may find on the web, such as Squarespace or WIX.
